Tip #1 to anyone who is taking up cycling... CARRY A SPARE TIRE TUBE. This morning I went on a beautiful ride from westwood to hollywood, and on the way home, my tire popped- Didn't have a tube. Lesson learned, but purchasing a spare tube is definately the first priority on my list.

Absence
I apologize to all of my 5 or 10 followers that I have that I have been M.I.A. for a few weeks. When I got back to LA I was a bit frazzled and had to get re-acclimated to society. Since I have been back I have made it my goal to train intensely for next year's AIDS ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I will be posting pictures, direct accounts from my rides, as well as any input I continue to have about all walks of life. Also, anyone that reads this, if you are at all interested in riding in next year's ride, let me know because I am forming an All-Star team that is not going to fail.
